THIS SERVICE IS SPECIFICALLY TAILORED TO TARGET THOSE AREAS DAMAGED BY AN ON-THE-JOB INJURY OR CAUSED BY A PERSONAL INJURY EVENT . THIS INVOLVES A MORE COMPREHENSIVE, DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, WHICH MAY INCLUDE HOT STONE, A DETAILED CHARTING OF THE PROGRESS, IN COORDINATION OR DIRECTION OF A PHYSICIAN AND OR CHIROPRACTOR, TO PROMOTE THE BEST POSSIBLE BENEFIT OF THE HEALING JOURNEY.

Cancellation Policy

Puyallup Forest Massage is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us at (253) 348-3434 by 3:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 3:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged a "No-Show" or "Late Cancellation" fee totaling the amount of your massage session.
